Q. Can you deliver my products in plain packaging, with no marks on the parts inside?
A: Yes, most of our clients are manufacturers and wholesale distributors who have their own brand name and part numbers. Your products will be sent out to you completely unmarked and in plain packaging so that you can personalise and re-package them as you wish.
Q: How do I deal with importing the products? Do I need to worry about Customs?
A: We handle everything ourselves and take care of the entire transaction for you. It is important to get this right as making even small mistakes can cause delays and incur costly storage fees. We import the goods, quality check them once they arrive at our base in Leicester and then deliver them to your door.
Q: I have found a Gold Member manufacturer on alibaba.com. Why should I choose your company instead of them?

A: It varies from product to product. For simple, turned components the manufacturing timescale would be aproximately 7-10 days. If we have to make dies and tools, for example casting or forging dies, then it could take aproximately 4-6 weeks. It usually takes up to 18 days to transit the products from India to the UK. For an accurate timescale, please contact us with your requirements. If you need to receive your product quickly, we will be more than happy to produce a quote for either Air Cargo or a courier.

We are more than happy to chat to our clients on the phone or we can arrange to travel and meet you in person to discuss your requirements. Our policy is to meet with our clients every two months to ensure absolute satisfaction in our process. We are able to use Skype, iMessage and WhatsApp to make communications easier if required.
Q: What happens if I do not know the material grade of my sample?
A: No problem! We will test your sample for the physical and chemical parameters necessary for your product application. We will supply the parts to your door with the same parameters as your sample, including the exact surface finish also.
